David Ragsdale, Office Manager/Personal Banker II, manages the day to day operations of the Aplington Office and also does consumer and real estate lending:

- Planning of Aplington Days, community Easter Egg Hunt, Santa, Festival of Trees, Aplington Days parade, community fundraisers
- Vice President in 2008-2009

- Aplington’s Recreation Complex and Men’s Golf League Member - Golf League Champions in 2008 and 2009
- Meals on Wheels - Deliver in Aplington
- Helped rebuild the parks in Parkersburg after the tornado
- Parkersburg Community Play - Provide and pass out popcorn / pop
Virginia Kalkwarf, Client Service Associate:
- Friends of the Aplington Library - Previous Director and Treasurer. Currently does the bookkeeping
- Butler County Heart Association - Serve as Treasurer and take care of memorials and gifts
- Bethel Reformed Church Member - Ladies Circle Treasurer and serve on several other committees in the group
Greg Nevenhoven, Vice President and Insurance Agent:
- Aplington Fire Dept. Member for 18 years
