Encrypted Email
In an effort to protect sensitive data that may be shared via email, LSB utilizes an email encryption tool called PGP. It does require a few extra steps to retrieve an encrypted email message from LSB, but the added level of security is worth the extra effort!
If you receive a PGP message from LSB:
- The email will have a link to the encrypted page (see below) where you will need to create a passphrase to retrieve the email.
- Your Passphrase can be changed upon a successful login by navigating to the ‘Settings’ option and selecting ‘change password’.
- Please retain your passphrase as you will be prompted for it any time you receive an encrypted message from LSB.
