First Time Login

First Time Login Instructions

Your Login ID will remain the same; however, passwords will NOT transition into the new Online Banking system. Changing your password will require that you verify your identity through a one-time temporary secure access code.

Step 1: Enter your login ID in the upper right corner on our home page and click on Login.

 

Step 2: On the next page, leave the Password field blank, check the first time user box, and click on Login.

Step 3: You will then be presented delivery options for your secure access code. Options include: delivery by email, text or phone call.

Note: Your secure access code will be a 6 digit number. If you receive it by text message, the text message will be from a 4 or 5 digit number, but this is not your secure access code. Please be sure to use the 6 digit number in the body of the message.

 

Step 4: Enter your access code.

Step 5: You will then be asked to read and accept the online user disclosure.

 
Step 6: You will then be asked to update your online user profile.

 

Step 7: You will then be asked to set your password.
