Dinsdale Named to the IBA Management Committee
ANKENY, IA (10/01/19) – Tessa Dinsdale of Lincoln Savings Bank has been named a member of the Iowa Bankers Association's (IBA) Management Committee. The committee, comprised of bank management professionals from across the state, works to develop educational programs, best practices and products that enable senior-level bankers to enhance their bank and professional management skills.
“We’re pleased to have Tessa serving a three-year term on our Management Committee. Her expertise and commitment will provide direction for the Association as it identifies the needs of senior-level bank officers and helps develop resources to accommodate those needs,” said Jenica Lensmeyer, advocacy and PAC coordinator for the Iowa Bankers Association.
Tessa has been with Lincoln Savings Bank in Ankeny, Iowa for over two years as a commercial loan portfolio manager. Her role involves structuring commercial loans, assisting with the credit approval process, and working closely with the commercial lenders and their customers. She was a member of the 2019 Leaders in Advocacy Program with the IBA and is excited to continue her involvement.
