Mark Webb New Chief Compliance Officer at Lincoln Savings Bank, Des Moines
Mark Webb has been hired as Lincoln Savings Bank’s (LSB) Chief Compliance Officer at the Kimball Operations Center. Webb, who recently relocated from San Francisco, has an MBA from the University of San Francisco’s McClaren School of Business. With several years’ experience in the financial industry, he began his career building credit underwriting and acquisition models, then transitioned into operational risk.
As the CCO, Webb will be responsible for establishing standards and implementing procedures to ensure that the bank’s compliance programs are effective and efficient in identifying, preventing, detecting and correcting noncompliance with applicable laws and regulations. “I am excited about the opportunity to help the Community Bank continue to grow and to build a best-in-class compliance program to support our existing and new Fintech partners,” stated Webb.
Webb was born and raised in the San Francisco. He and his wife have two children; a daughter who is beginning college this fall, and a son who will be a sophomore in high school. He is an avid music lover who has a vinyl record collection exceeding 3,000 albums, singles, and vintage 78’s, and has recently taken an interest in gardening. He also volunteers his time to Meals on Wheels and participates in employer-sponsored community activities.
