$2.76 Million Given

“Life’s persistent and most urgent question is
‘What are you doing for others?’”

- Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.

Dr. King's question is legitimate for “corporate citizens” as well as individuals.  Lincoln Savings Bank has an answer to the query presented by Dr. King: The LSB Foundation.

One of Lincoln Savings Bank's traditional CORE Values is providing stewardship to the communities we serve.  The LSB Foundation is one of the conduits through which we attempt to provide that support and stewardship. This past year, the LSB Foundation was successful "doing for others" by making significant financial contributions.

In 2016, the LSB Foundation made grants, gifts and contributions in excess of $164,000.00.  Since our inception in 2005, we have given a total of $2.763 Million to groups and organizations in the markets we serve.

As the bank has grown, so have the requests of the Foundation. During the 2016 year, we received more applications for gifts than in any year since 2008.  While we cannot provide support to all who ask, we do work diligently to provide as much as we can to as many as we can.  We are now on the ‘map of Philanthropy’ and our intent is to continue to represent the bank’s generous giving history.
