Group Life Insurance
As an employer, you can offer Group Life Insurance to your employees to fill in some of their life insurance needs. The Group life benefit will probably not satisfy their full need for life insurance, but it is an inexpensive way to supplement an individual life insurance program.
Group policies typically offer two or three times the employees' annual salary in coverage. Some or all of it is paid for by the employer or offered as supplemental, employee-paid coverage.
Group Disability Insurance
If an employee is unable to work due to a sickness or injury, disability insurance can help cover their essential living expenses. By replacing a portion of their income, disability insurance can help protect their financial security until they get back on your feet and return to work.
