Rodney (Rod) Foster, Certified Public Accountant and Former RSM US LLP Partner
Rodney Foster joined Lincoln Bancorp’s Board of Directors in 2026. He is a CPA and retired RSM US LLP Partner, with experience in audit and risk management. He has served on the boards of several non-profit organizations, including prior service as president of the Iowa Society of CPAs (ISCPA). While continuing to serve on various non-profit boards and councils, he is also serving as a board member and audit committee chair for Allied Construction Services Holding Company Inc., a multi-state interior construction contractor. He is a graduate of the University of Northern Iowa with a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting and received his Business Advisor Designation from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
