Adel
A brand new branch was built in Adel and the team previously working out of the town square moved to the new location and began service on April 11.

The newly built Ankeny location was completed and open for business on January 26.

West Glen
We opened a new Mortgage Loan Operations building in West Des Moines.

Ankeny
In late 2013 land was purchased for future expansion in Ankeny.

Waterloo
The Kimball Operations site was opened in Waterloo.

Clive
The Clive building, formerly occupied by Liberty Bank, was purchased, remodeled, and ready for occupancy. We moved our Clive based mortgage team to the new location and opened as a full-service branch on January 8, 2013.

Adel
A remodel of the Adel office was completed, and the bank branch opened on January 21, 2013. To save the integrity of the historical downtown, the original road brick was used for the inside branch decor

LSB Mortgage
In 2011 LSB Mortgage opened 2 Des Moines area offices. The largest of these being the Clive office in February and in April an LSB Mortgage office opened in Ankeny.

LSB Mortgage
On July 1, 2010, a LSB mortgage opened a mortgage lending office in Waterloo, staffed primarily with mortgage professionals previously with Sands/Inlanta Mortgage.

On November 15, 2010, a new mortgage office was also opened in Adel, Iowa pushing the footprint of Lincoln Savings Bank further west.

Waverly
On March 30, 2009, Lincoln Savings Bank opened the doors to its newly constructed Waverly Branch. The new building is also home to CENTURY 21 LSB offices, marrying LSB's banking and real estate capabilities in one location.

Grinnell
LSB expanded to the south with the acquisition of the Grinnell office from Vantus Bank on December 15, 2008.

Century 21 LSB Real Estate
CENTURY 21 LSB was formed on July 1, 2006, with the purchase of CENTURY 21 Golden Cities.

August 2006 - Launched www.century21lsb.com

March 2007 - First offered Remote Deposit Capture (RDC) for business clients.

Tama
The Tama office was acquired from TSB Bank on July 9, 2004. Originally chartered in 1927, TSB Bank was a family-owned bank at the time of acquisition.

Cedar Falls Industrial Park
On October 15, 2003, Lincoln Savings Bank opened in Cedar Falls Industrial Park. This marked the first city in Iowa to have more than one LSB location.

Waterloo
A century after the original LSB office opened in Lincoln a temporary office opened in Waterloo on March 26, 2002. The permanent office opened in the Spring of 2003.



Hudson & Cedar Falls Downton
Acquired from Mercantile Bank Midwest on February 14, 2000, the Hudson and Cedar Falls Downtown offices marked Lincoln Savings Bank's arrival in the "metro".

Nashua
Nashua was acquired from First Nashua State Bank on May 3, 1999. First Nashua State Bank was a single location, family-owned institution prior ro acquisition.

Greene
The Greene office was acquired from First State Bank of Greene on July 1, 1996. First State Bank of Greene had been in existence since 1887!

Garwin
Lincoln Savings Bank acquired Farmers Savings on October 1, 1995. The Garwin office is located in the original 1903 Garwin State Bank location, which was purchased by Farmers Savings Bank in 1912.

Aplington
On October 1, 1991, Lincoln Savings Bank acquired State Savings Bank and the Aplington Insurance Agency. This marked the first acquisition of a non-bank entity!

Allison
Allison became the third Lincoln Savings Bank branch office on February 5,1987. This location was formerly The Hawkeye Bank of Allison.



Reinbeck
Doors opened to the Reinbeck office on March 26, 1934. LSB's corporate headquarters were moved from Lincoln to Reinbeck at this time, and remain there to this day.

The German Savings Bank was founded in Berlin, Iowa, in 1902. In 1917 the name was changed to Lincoln Savings Bank.
