Medical & HSA/FSA

Medical Plans – Coverage through Health Partners. Choice of a Traditional Plan or a High Deductible Plan.

Telehealth – Virtual appointments with board-certified doctors and pediatricians.

Dental & Vision Insurance

Dental - 3 dental plan options, including orthodontia coverage option.
Vision - coverage for exams, lenses, frames, and contacts.

Paid Time Off

PTO - a combined time off balance of 22 days with the opportunity to earn up to 27 days based upon years of service.
VTO - 16 hours of volunteer time off to volunteer at a non-profit organization of your choice.
Holidays - 11 paid holidays

Parental Leave

Birthing Parents - receive 12 weeks of paid leave, supplemented by short-term disability
Non-Birthing Parents - receive 4 weeks of paid-leave

Life Insurance

Coverage 2x salary with the option to purchase coverage for spouse and dependents. Option to purchase supplemental life insurance not to exceed 5x annual salary.

Retirement Plans

401(k) – Employer match at 4%.
ESOP – Participation in the bank stock plan after one-year of service with 3% company contribution.
