Lincoln Savings Bank (LSB) celebrated the opening of a new building at 3254 Kimball Avenue in Waterloo with a Ribbon Cutting and Open House on Wednesday, November 12, 2014. The new building serves as an operations and administrative center for more than 50 of LSB’s staff that are in support and administrative roles. No banking services are offered from the new location.
LSB purchased the building, formerly the Allen Pain Clinic, early in 2014 and began a 4-month renovation project in June. Doors were open to the public on October 6, 2014. LSB shares the building and leases space back to LifeServe Blood Center. LifeServe Blood Center is one of the 15th largest blood centers in the country. They provide blood and blood products to more than 100 hospitals located across Iowa, Nebraska and South Dakota.
While a large number of LSB’s corporate support staff are located at the new location in Waterloo, LSB’s corporate headquarters remain at the Lincoln Savings Bank branch in Reinbeck, Iowa. The new Waterloo operations center houses Lincoln Savings Bank’s Marketing, Accounting, Compliance, Audit, Corporate Development, and Loan Operations for Commercial, Ag, Consumer and Mortgage Loans.
