Non-profit organizations help our communities thrive, and Lincoln Savings Bank takes part in charitable giving to 501c(3) organizations through the LSB Foundation.
PLEASE NOTE: COVID-19 grants have been exhausted. We are no longer accepting applications.
The LSB Foundation was established in 2005 for the purpose of supporting LSB’s charitable giving tradition in the communities we serve. LSB’s philanthropic philosophy has been an integral part of the company culture since our founding more than 100 years ago. The LSB Foundation demonstrates LSB’s commitment to our core value of Building Strong Communities.
In 2008, the LSB Foundation established disaster funds for victims of the May 25th tornado and spring floods that affected thousands of Iowans. Funds were collected and distributed to the communities and individuals affected. All administrative fees associated with the management and distribution of the collected funds were waived by the LSB Foundation. The Foundation was grateful to have been a part of this effort and was moved by the generosity of the individuals and businesses that made contributions.
"The Cedar Bend Humane Society has been a customer of Lincoln Savings Bank for 20 years plus. LSB has met all our needs from a viable growing business to understanding the needs of a non-profit organization. They have backed us and have supported our organization through grant dollars awarded through the LSB Foundation Charitable Giving. They have also supported us through sponsorships for our most vital fundraising events. Their staff is outstanding and very supportive. They understand our efforts to provide the best service we can for the community and they understand our need to fulfill our mission and to meet our goals."Karla Beckman, Cedar Bend Humane Society Co-Director
