Ms. Chang has extensive knowledge of fair lending and consumer protection laws, having conducted risk assessments for large banks. She has represented banks in front of the CFPB and other regulatory entities during her work in private practice. She has authored two reference books for bank directors including one on fair lending issues. In her most-recent position, Ms. Chang helped build product and compliance features at Peach Finance where she was involved in all things legal, compliance, information security, and policy as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Peach Finance.
