Mr. Cohn has been withCastle Creek since 2014. He works with the board of directors at several other community banks as a part of his duties with Castle Creek. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Cohn worked at Keefe, Bruyette & Woods, Inc. as an Investment Banking Associate in the Financial Institutions Group. At KBW, he concentrated on mergers and acquisitions including bankruptcy structures, recapitalizations and restructurings, and capital markets transactions, completing transactions with an aggregate deal value in excess of $1 billion.
