Karla Rendall

Meet Karla:

Karla Rendall, originally from Cresco, Iowa, graduated from the University of Northern Iowa in 1999 and made the move to Des Moines. This is where her banking career took off. She has been in various roles in banking including Retail Management, Treasury Management, Small Business Banking and Commercial Banking.  With a strong track record of building strategic financial solutions for businesses, Karla leads with a client-first mindset and a deep understanding of the regional market. She works closely with her team at Lincoln Savings Bank to drive growth, foster relationships, and deliver impactful lending strategies that support long-term success.

Karla and Dan have been married for 19 years,  raising two very active boys- Kole (15 years) and Konnor (10 years). Her family also has two beloved dogs, Goose and Lily. She is actively involved in her community. She volunteers with organizations focused on financial literacy,  small business empowerment, animals in need and advocating for children. Her commitment to community engagement reflects her belief in the power of local partnerships and sustainable development.

In her free time, Karla enjoys watching her boys play sports, reading a good thriller book, running and weight lifting and spending quality time with family and friends.
