Sean M. Willett, Chief Executive Officer of Lincoln Savings Bank
Sean M. Willett joined Lincoln Bancorp’s Board of Directors in 2024. In addition to serving as a Director, Mr. Willett is President and Chief Executive Officer of Lincoln Savings Bank, a leading community-focused financial services company with $1.8 billion in assets. The bank provides financial services for consumers, small businesses, commercial banking, and wealth management solutions tailored to our community's needs, as well as transaction and partner banking solutions to non-bank financial institutions and financial technology firms through its LSBX division. Prior to LSB, Sean served as Executive Vice President at Five Star Bank, a $6.2Bn community bank in New York. Before Five Star Bank, Sean spent over 15 years in global leadership roles at Morgan Stanley and JP Morgan. He is Chairman of the Board of Trustees at Trocaire College. Sean holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland, an Executive MBA from Quantic School of Business, and has completed executive education at Berkeley's Haas School of Business.
